Halle Woodard, RN
My name is Halle Woodard, aka The Natural Nurse. I’m an advanced aesthetic nurse injector with over four years of experience in the clinical setting. Aesthetics and skincare are my absolute passion and I love being able to make my patient’s confidence soar while encouraging them to embrace their unique features. I specialize in taking my patient’s natural beauty and enhancing it with the most subtle changes- making you look and feel refreshed, rejuvenated and beautiful! Theresa Reynolds
Theresa Reynolds is One Seventy Med Spa's Senior Laser Specialist and one of the most highly trained laser experts in the country. With over 14 years of experience in advanced aesthetic laser medicine, Theresa is nationally recognized for her expertise in treating all skin types and tones, with a particular specialization in Black and brown skin, melasma, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and advanced resurfacing procedures. Her approach combines clinical precision, artistry, and a deep understanding of cosmetic science to deliver transformative yet safe, individualized results. Known for creating multi-modality treatment plans rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, patients can expect an elevated level of care, education, honesty, and communication, with treatment plans thoughtfully designed around their skin goals, lifestyle, and long-term skin health.

Theresa is a nationally respected educator, speaker, Sciton Luminary, and founder of AllSKN Aesthetics, an advanced education platform dedicated to improving outcomes for patients of all skin tones through evidence-based laser and skincare training. She is also an active member of Skin of Color Aesthetics, further reflecting her commitment to advancing safe and effective treatments for diverse patient populations. She has trained providers across the country on advanced laser resurfacing and skin rejuvenation techniques and is extensively certified through leading aesthetic technology companies including Sciton, Lutronic, Candela, Cynosure, Lumenis, and Hydrafacial. She is currently continuing her studies in Cosmetic Science to further deepen her expertise in skin biology, formulation science, and evidence-based skincare.

Hi, I’m Jeannie — an advanced, aesthetic injector with a background in pre-operative and PACU nursing, where precision, safety, and elevated patient care were the foundation of my practice.
