Pre-Care

  • Avoid Blood Thinners: For about a week prior, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and other anti-inflammatory drugs which can increase the risk of bruising.
     

  • Limit Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before the treatment.
     

  • Avoid Harsh Treatments: Avoid facial treatments like lasers, peels, or microdermabrasion close to your filler appointment.

  • Avoid sleeping on your side or stomach for 24 hours post-treatment to prevent dispersing the product.
     

  • Do not apply any skin care to the skin for 24 hours including cleanser, moisturizer, actives, or makeup.
     

  • Do not massage or manipulate the injection site unless otherwise instructed.
     

  • Avoid heavy exercise the day of your treatment.
     

  • Ice packs may be used to the treated area during the first 12 hours. Ice for 15 minutes on every hour.
